Delivery time

Delivery time is 3 to 5 working days (Germany) and 3 to 9 working days (International) after receipt of order. As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation by email.

  • Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Denmark, Poland & Czechia: € 7,90 (free from € 149)
  • Other countries in Europe (Finland, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom): € 9,90 (free from € 149)
  • International (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United States): € 24,90 (no duty-free delivery)

Returns & Returns fees

Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. For orders from Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Denmark, Poland and Czechia, RUNACY provides a free return label. For returns from these countries, a return fee is charged based on the type of return.

  • For a full return (all items returned), a fee of 6.90 in the respective local currency will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • For a partial return (at least one item kept), no fee will be charged.
  • For returns from other countries, RUNACY does not cover any costs. In these cases, customers must bear the return shipping expenses themselves.
