Delivery time

Delivery time is 3 to 7 business days after your order has been placed.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation by email. Where available, this email will include tracking information for your shipment.

Orders are shipped with trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS and FedEx, depending on your location and the fastest available service.

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not considered business days.

Shipping information

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving the last item from your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return or cancel an unfulfilled order, log into your account at account.runacy.com using the email address you placed your order with.

Returns

If your return request is approved, we'll provide instructions on where to send your return. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong product.

For full returns, the original shipping charge is non-refundable. If you keep at least one item from your order, no additional shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or color, simply return your original item and place a new order after your return has been approved. This is the fastest way to receive your replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
